Terms of Service.

We believe contracts should be simple. You pay us to do a job, and we do it. Here are the details.

1. Payments

The Deal: We work, you pay. Invoices are due upon receipt. If an invoice is 30 days late, we pause work. It’s nothing personal, just business.

2. You Own It

Intellectual Property: Once you pay for the work, you own it. The code, the designs, the copy. We don’t hold assets hostage. We don’t verify ownership of assets provided by you; that’s your responsibility.

3. Termination

The Exit Button: You can cancel our services at any time. We just ask that you pay for the hours we’ve already worked. No penalty fees. No "retainer lock-in".

4. Liability

Reality Check: We do our absolute best to secure your site and grow your traffic. However, we do not control Google, Facebook, or hackers. We are not liable for algorithm changes or third-party breaches.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be settled in Dubai courts.
